🌮🔥 Mexican Cilantro & Lime Rice

Recipe By: glamabellecooks
🍚 Fun Fact: Rice has been grown in the U.S. since the late 1600s, when West African rice-growing knowledge shaped early American agriculture and helped establish the first major rice crops in the Carolinas.

🌶️ What You’ll Need

2 TBSP oil
2 cups white rice
4-6 garlic cloves minced
3 cups water
Chicken bouillon to taste
Salt to taste
Juice of 2 limes
1/4 stick of butter
Handful of cilantro chopped
Juice of 2 more limes

🔥 How To Make The Magic

➊ Oil that pan, fam.
Get it nice and warm — we’re building flavor from the jump.

➋ Add 2 cups of rice + give it a lil’ toast.
Let it vibe for 2–3 minutes until it smells nutty and delicious.

➌ Toss in 4–6 cloves of chopped garlic.
Cook for 3 minutes — keep it golden, not burnt, unless you like chaos.

➍ Pour in 3 cups of water + a scoop of chicken bouillon + salt to taste.
Give it a quick lil’ stir.

➎ Squeeze in the juice of 2 limes.
Turn the heat low, slap that lid on, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

➏ After 15 minutes → add a pat of butter + fluff like a pro.

➐ Hit it with the juice of 2 more limes + a big handful of chopped cilantro.
Fluff again. Pure taco magic achieved.

➑ Serve it up and get ready for compliments you absolutely deserve.
