Honey Chipotle Shrimp Tacos with Mango Salsa

🥭🌶️ Fun Fact: Mango started appearing in salsas across coastal Mexico and the Caribbean because sweet tropical fruit plays ridiculously well with smoky chiles, lime, and seafood.

What You’ll Need 🌶️✨
1 lbs prawns (shrimp)
2 tbsp honey
chipotle seasoning
garlic powder + salt
1 cup mango
1 cup cucumber
1 cup capsicum
1/4 cup red onion
coriander (cilantro) leaves
juice of 1 lime
8 small corn or flour tortillas
🔥 Step By Step
1️⃣ Build The Mango Salsa
Toss the mango cucumber salsa ingredients together in a bowl and let everything hang out while the taco magic starts building.
Sweet mango, cool cucumber, limey crunch… basically sunshine in salsa form.
2️⃣ Cook The Prawns
Heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Season the prawns with chipotle seasoning, garlic powder, and salt, then throw them into the pan until pink, smoky, and ready to ruin boring taco nights forever. Usually about 1–2 minutes per side.
Fast cook. Huge flavor. Taco science.
3️⃣ Warm Those Tortillas
Warm the tortillas in the microwave or directly over a hot dry pan until soft, steamy, and slightly charred around the edges.
Bonus points if your kitchen starts smelling like your favorite taco stand.
4️⃣ Assemble The Tacos
Start with a spoonful of mango cucumber salsa, pile on the honey chipotle prawns, then finish with fresh coriander leaves and a squeeze of lime if you’re living correctly.
