The Internet’s Best Salsa (Yeah, We Said It) 🌶️💥

Many doubted us, but we scoured the corners of the Interwebs and we think we found the one—the salsa recipe that does it all.
✨ Spicy. ✨ Smoky. ✨ Citrusy. ✨ Addictively spoon-worthy.
This salsa hits every note with chipotle, fresh lime, garlic, and a mountain of cilantro. It’s ridiculously easy to whip up and perfect on everything: eggs, tacos, chips, or straight from the jar with a spoon (no judgment here).
INGREDIENTS
-1 can diced fire roasted tomatoes
-2 chipotles in adobo sauce plus 1 tsp sauce
-1 clove garlic
-half a white onion, cut into chunks
-1 jalapeño, cut into chunks (I leave seeds and but you can remove)
-2 limes
-small handful of cilantro
-1 tsp guajillo chili powder (or any chili powder)
-1 tsp kosher salt
INSTRUCTIONS
COMBINE chilis, garlic, onion and jalapeño in a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped.
ADD tomatoes, lime juice, cilantro along with, chili powder and salt. Continue to pulse until uniform but still slightly chunky.
TASTE and adjust seasoning as necessary.
SERVE with tortilla chips, on eggs, or tacos.
