Pizza? Salad? Burrito? Yes.
🌮🔥 Happy Thursday, Fam!
We kicked off burrito week with a crispy golden beauty stuffed with smoky beef, sweet heat, melty cheese, and tangy crema. Strong start. Very saucy behavior.
But today? Today we’re taking things straight into “wait… what am I looking at and why do I need it immediately?” territory.
Is it pizza? Is it salad? Is it a burrito? Is it all three rolled into one cheesy little plot twist?
Meet the Caesar Salad Pizza Burrito.
Crispy mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, and cold Caesar crunch get wrapped into one wildly cheesy, salad-meets-pizza burrito that absolutely did not come to play.

What You’ll Need 🌶️✨
1 ½ cups Shredded Mozzarella
12 –15 Pepperoni slices
2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
1 tsp Italian Seasoning (dried oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary)
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
2 tbsp Caesar dressing
Fresh cracked black pepper
4 tbsp Grated Parmesan
🔥 Step By Step
1️⃣ Make the cheesy stage
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then spread 1 ½ cups of mozzarella into an even 10-inch circle. We’re building a wrap out of cheese, which is exactly the kind of chaos we support.
2️⃣ Bring in the pizza party
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and Parmesan evenly over the mozzarella. Lay the pepperoni slices on top in a single layer, then hit everything with a little olive oil spray. Things are getting melty.
3️⃣ Bake until golden and glorious
Bake for 10–15 minutes, until the mozzarella is bubbling, the Parmesan is deeply toasted, and the pepperoni edges are curling up like they know they’re the main character.
4️⃣ Let it chill for a hot second
Remove from the oven and let it sit for 6–8 minutes so it can firm up. Dab the top with a paper towel to soak up any extra oil. No grease puddles at this fiesta.
5️⃣ Dress the crunch
Toss your cold romaine with Caesar dressing until every leaf gets a little creamy coat.
6️⃣ Load it up
Pile the Caesar salad into the center of the cheesy pepperoni wrap and finish with extra Parmesan. Because Parmesan is not a suggestion, it’s a lifestyle.
7️⃣ Roll, slice, devour
Fold in the sides, tuck slightly, then roll it tightly by hand. Use the parchment paper to help hold everything together if needed. Cut in half and enjoy your crispy, cheesy, Caesar-loaded masterpiece.
