So naturally, we found the answer wrapped in a tortilla.
This week, we’re going full burrito mode with a lineup of loaded, cozy, flavor-packed recipe drops. Big fillings. Toasted tortillas. Zero sad dinners.
First up: smoky beef, sweet heat, melty cheese, and tangy crema all tucked into a crispy golden burrito that means delicious business. 🌯🔥

🌯 Honey Chipotle Beef Burrito

What You’ll Need 🌶️✨
Beef Filling:
1 lb (454g) lean ground beef 93/7 I suggest doubling the recipe if you’d like larger burritos
1 white onion (75g) diced
1 bell pepper chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt & pepper to taste
For Assembly:
6 Ole Extreme Wellness wraps (10”)
1 cup (112g) reduced fat Mexican cheese
chopped cilantro divided
Chipotle Crema:
3/4 cup (170g) non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp light mayo
1 tsp honey
1 tsp chipotle peppers in adobo
water to thin
🔥 Step By Step
1️⃣ Warm Things Up
Heat a large tortilla until soft, flexible, and ready for action. Nobody wants a cracked burrito. That’s a taco tragedy wearing a tortilla costume.
2️⃣ Build The Base
In a pan glazed with olive oil over medium heat, cook down diced white onion, chopped bell pepper, and 3 minced garlic cloves until soft, fragrant, and officially invited to the fiesta.
3️⃣ Bring In The Beef
Add the lean ground beef and break it up as it cooks. Let it mingle with those veggies like it showed up hungry and dressed correctly.
4️⃣ Bring The Flavor
Hit the pan with smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything comes together and the beef starts looking seriously burrito-worthy.
5️⃣ The Magic Moment
As the meat cooks through, stir in tomato paste, honey, and minced chipotle peppers in adobo. This is the hallelujah moment: smoky, sweet, spicy, and absolutely not shy.
6️⃣ Crema Time
Mix all the crema ingredients together until smooth, tangy, and ready to cool down the spice without stealing the spotlight.
7️⃣ Stuff & Toast
Load your soft tortillas with the beef mixture, add cheese if you please, then roll them up tight. Place each burrito seam-side down in a hot skillet until golden and sealed. Flip and toast the other side for that crispy little victory lap.
8️⃣ Slice & Serve
Cut in half, admire the glorious cross-section, and serve with extra salsa, hot sauce, crema, or a side of “I should’ve made two.”
