Beef Chuck Roast Tacos

INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 lb chuck roast
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 ground black pepper
1/2 small onion chopped
1 tbsp garlic
1 jalapeño
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
2 beef cubes
1 pack Lipton Recipe Secrets (onion)
1 pack ranch seasoning mix
2 bay leaves
1 sprig rosemary
3 tbsp pickled jalapeños juice

INSTRUCTIONS
CHOP the Beef Chuck Roast in to 2×2 inch cubes.

SEAR each side for about 2 minutes.

ADD remaining ingredients to the Insane Pot or pressure cooker.

COOK under high pressure for 40 minutes.

REMOVE the Beef Chuck Roast to shred.

REDUCE remaining liquid in the pressure cooker for a delectable sauce.

PLATTER up soft flour and corn tortillas with all your favorite taco fixings like sour cream, cheese, jalapeños, guac, cilantro, etc.
