What You’ll Need 🌶️

1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 packet Cholula taco seasoning
1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup Mayo
1 cup Sour Cream
2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar, divided
1 cup shredded Pepper Jack

Toppings: cilantro, pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole (optional)

🔥How To Make The Magic

1️⃣ Preheat that oven to 350°F — we’re getting things nice and toasty.

2️⃣ Grab a large skillet and sauté your onion for about 3 minutes until soft and smelling 🔥

3️⃣ Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds — quick, fragrant, don’t let it burn!

4️⃣ Toss in the ground beef and cook until fully browned. Drain that extra grease (we want flavor, not a slip n’ slide 😅).

5️⃣ Stir in your taco seasoning and let it coat everything like a flavor blanket 🌶️

6️⃣ In a separate bowl, mix your biscuit mix + water until combined.

7️⃣ Pour that biscuit mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 dish — this is your golden base 🧈

8️⃣ Layer the beef mixture on top, spreading it evenly like a proper taco situation 🌮

9️⃣ In another bowl, mix mayo + sour cream + 1 cup shredded cheddar until creamy and dreamy 🧀

🔟 Spread that mixture over the beef, then hit it with the remaining cheese (don’t be shy 😏)

1️⃣1️⃣ Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly, golden, and impossible to ignore 🔥

1️⃣2️⃣ Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving… we know it’s hard, but trust the process 😅

👇 Then scoop, serve, and watch it disappear.
