Shrimp Tacos w/ Tropical Slaw

What You’ll Need 🌶️

1 lb shrimp
1 tbsp GRAZA olive oil
1 tbsp Cholula Hot Sauce Lime
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
1/4 tbsp cumin
1/4 tbsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tbsp parsley
1/4 salt
1/4 pepper
Flour tortillas

The Slaw
1/2 small green cabbage sliced thin
1 mango diced
1/2 cup cilantro chopped
1 jalapeno thinly sliced
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp honey
Juice of 1 lime
Salt & pepper

Crème
3 tbsp sour cream
3 tbsp mayo
1 - 3 tbsp Cholula hot sauce
Juice of 1/2 a lime

🔥 Step By Step

1️⃣ Slaw first (flavor gets better with time).
Chop and prep all your slaw ingredients. Toss everything in a bowl and mix it up.
👉 Slide it into the fridge for a couple hours—let it chill and do its thing.

2️⃣ Prep the shrimp.
Clean and pat dry. Season generously—don’t be shy.
👉 This is your main event, give it some love.

3️⃣ Sear it hot.
Pan on high heat, quick cook—2–3 minutes per side until pink, juicy, and lightly charred.
👉 Fast cook, big flavor. Don’t overdo it.

4️⃣ Warm the tortillas.
Throw those flour tortillas on a dry pan until soft, toasty, and ready to fold.
👉 Warm tortillas = better tacos. Always.

5️⃣ Whip the crema.
Mix up your crema until smooth and drizzle-ready.
👉 Creamy + tangy = balance for that heat.

6️⃣ Build the taco.
Layer it up:
Shrimp first
Big scoop of chilled slaw
Drizzle that crema

👉 Finish strong. Don’t hold back.
