What You’ll Need 🌶️✨🔥
Ground beef seasoning
2lb ground beef
1 tbs smoke paprika
1 tbs chili powder
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 cup water
Salt and pepper
Pico de gallo
3 Tomatoes, cubed
1/2 White onion, cubed
Cilantro, chopped
2 lime, juice
Salt & pepper
Guacamole
3-4 Avocados
Cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juice
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Fried tortilla
Tortillas
Avocado oil for frying
Topping
Sour cream
Extra lime juice
How To Make The Magic 🔥
🥩 Ground Beef
1️⃣ Brown that ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up as it sizzles. Drain excess fat if needed. Add all the seasonings plus ¼ cup water, stir it up, and let it simmer 5–7 minutes until juicy and slightly saucy. Taste. Adjust salt. Respect the beef.
🍅 Pico de Gallo
2️⃣ Toss together diced tomatoes, white onion, and cilantro. Hit it with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let it sit 10 minutes so everything gets friendly and flavor starts popping.
🥑 Guacamole
3️⃣ Mash avocados until creamy but still a little chunky. Stir in cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and tweak. Guac should make you pause mid-conversation.
🌮 Fried Taco Shell
4️⃣ Heat ½–1 inch avocado oil to 350–375°F. Drop in the Rise & Puff tortilla. When it balloons up, gently fold it in half with tongs and hold to set the taco shape. Fry until golden, crisp, and ready for glory.
✨ Assemble
5️⃣ Load that crispy shell with seasoned beef. Crown it with pico, guac, and a swipe of sour cream. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime.
