Today, we’re slowing things down with a set-it-and-forget-it recipe that does the heavy lifting for you. Big flavor, minimal effort, and exactly the kind of Sunday dinner we can get behind.

Easy Crockpot Salsa Verde Chicken

What You’ll Need
2 lbs chicken breasts
1 (16 oz) jar salsa verde
1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Step By Step
1️⃣ Combine Ingredients
Add the chicken breasts, salsa verde, green chiles, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to your crockpot.
2️⃣ Cook
Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
3️⃣ Shred and Garnish
Shred the chicken and stir it back into the sauce. Then top it with cilantro and lime juice.
4️⃣ Serve
Serve over rice, in tacos, burritos, or burrito bowls, and enjoy!
