💥 Fun Fact: Doritos were born at Disneyland in the 1960s—using leftover tortillas. Crunchy accident turned snack legend, now basically required for peak taco salad energy.

1 can corn
1 can Mexican street corn
1 red pepper chopped
10 oz cherry tomatoes sliced in half
3 scallions green part only sliced
1 avocado chopped
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 packet Cholula taco seasoning
2 cups cheddar shredded
1 bag nacho Doritos

Dressing
1 c sour cream
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c salsa
Remaining packet taco seasoning tablespoons taco seasoning
1 lime juiced

1️⃣ Chop & Load the Base
In a big bowl, toss together corn, Mexi corn, chopped red pepper, cherry tomatoes, scallions, avocado, and shredded lettuce 🌽🍅🥑

2️⃣ Season It Up
Sprinkle in 1/2 packet taco seasoning and give it a good mix—every bite should be bringing the taco energy 🌶️

3️⃣ Whip the Dressing
In a separate bowl, stir together sour cream, mayo, salsa, remaining taco seasoning, and fresh lime juice until creamy, tangy perfection 🥄🍋

4️⃣ Bring It Together
Pour most of that dreamy dressing over your salad and toss it like a pro—get everything coated and vibing 🌀

5️⃣ Cheese Pull Moment
Fold in the shredded cheddar because more cheese = better decisions 🧀🔥

6️⃣ Doritos Drop (CRUCIAL)
Right before serving, crush in those taco Doritos and gently mix—this is where the magic hits 💥🌮

7️⃣ Final Drizzle & Serve
