Buffalo Chicken Tacos 🌶️

What You’ll Need
2 cups buffalo sauce
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 1/2 cup pepperjack cheese
12 street flour tortillas
1 tsp paprika seasoning
12 jalapeño slices
1/4 cup avocado oil
ranch, for dipping
Step By Step
1️⃣ Heat Things Up
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2️⃣ Sauce The Chicken
In a bowl, toss the shredded rotisserie chicken with buffalo sauce until every bite is coated.
3️⃣ Build The Tacos
Arrange the tortillas on a baking sheet. Fill each one with buffalo chicken and pepper jack cheese, then fold and press them closed.
4️⃣ Brush, Top, Bake
Mix the avocado oil with paprika. Brush the tops of the tacos with the paprika oil, then add a little more cheese and a jalapeño slice. Bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, until the tortillas are crisp and the cheese is melted.
5️⃣ Dip And Devour
Serve hot with ranch on the side. Tuesday officially handled.
