Crispy BBQ Chicken Ranch Tacos

What You’ll Need 🌶️✨
1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts 🍗
1 oz packet dry ranch seasoning (divided) 🧂
⅔ cup barbecue sauce 🔥
3 tbsp GRAZA olive oil 🫒
12 corn tortillas 🌽
¼ cup sour cream 🥄
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Shredded lettuce 🥬
Chopped dill pickles + 2 tsp pickle brine 🥒
🔥 Step By Step
1️⃣ Low & slow flavor bomb
Preheat oven to 325°. Place chicken in a baking dish. Reserve 1 tbsp ranch seasoning, then sprinkle the rest over chicken. Pour BBQ sauce on top, cover, and bake 50–60 minutes until shred-ready.
2️⃣ Turn up the heat
Bump oven to 375°. Lightly oil a baking sheet and warm tortillas in the oven for 4 minutes.
3️⃣ Shred & soak
Shred the chicken and toss it back in those saucy juices. Don’t skip this… that’s the flavor vault.
4️⃣ Build the base
Top tortillas with shredded chicken (and cheese if you’re feeling extra), then bake 8–10 minutes until crispy and golden.
5️⃣ Fold & finish
Fold into tacos and load up with shredded lettuce and chopped pickles for that crunch + tang combo 🥬🥒
6️⃣ Sauce boss moment
Mix sour cream, mayo, reserved ranch seasoning, and pickle brine. This is your drizzle, dip, and “put it on everything” situation.
