Avocado Chips

🥑 Fun Fact: Avocados are technically berries, which means guac is basically fruit salad with better branding, bigger flavor, and a much better party record.

What You’ll Need 🌶️

1 large ripe avocado
¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

🔥 Step By Step

1️⃣ Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it into very thin pieces. We’re going for crispy little avo chips, not chunky guac behavior.

2️⃣ In a bowl, mix the cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until everything is looking zesty, cheesy, and ready to cling.

3️⃣ Dip each avocado slice into the seasoning mix, coating both sides evenly. Give every slice its moment. No naked avocados on our watch.

4️⃣ Preheat the oven to 200°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the coated avocado slices in a single layer so they have room to crisp up properly.

5️⃣ Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

6️⃣ Pull them out, let them cool just enough so you don’t burn your taco-loving fingertips, and snack away.
