Spicy Savory Tomato Mocktail (or not) 🍅🌶️

Recipe By: @misslizheart

🍅 Fun Fact: This savory summer drink hits all the dirty-martini-adjacent notes: spicy, briny, salty, tangy, and seriously pickle-forward.

What You’ll Need

For The Mocktail
  1. 3 mini cans tomato juice, 5.5 oz each

  2. Juice of 2 limes

  3. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  4. 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

  5. Tabasco, to taste

  6. Splash of pepperoncini juice

  7. Splash of olive juice

  8. Splash of pickle juice

  9. Plenty of flaky salt

  10. Lots of cracked black pepper

  11. Pickled onions and olives, for garnish

  12. ADD 1.5oz of your favorite vodka to make it ADULT!

Step By Step

1️⃣ Mix It Up
  1. Add the tomato juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Tabasco, pepperoncini juice, olive juice, pickle juice, flaky salt, and cracked black pepper to a pitcher or mixing glass. Stir well.

2️⃣ Taste Before The Ice
  1. Taste the mixture before pouring it over ice. It should be slightly saltier and more seasoned than you think it needs to be—the melting ice will mellow everything out.

3️⃣ Pour & Garnish
  1. Fill two glasses with ice and pour the tomato mixture over the top. Garnish with pickled onions and olives.
