Sure, you could DoorDash… but these homemade nachos? Easy, loaded, and guaranteed to steal the spotlight from the game (yes, even that buzzer beater 😏).
The move = build it BIG on a sheet pan. Chips, cheese, and all the fixings stacked like a championship lineup. We’re talking melty cheese, saucy beef, creamy beans, crunchy chips, and spicy hits… loud, messy, absolutely worth it 🌮🔥✨

What You’ll Need 🌶️✨
1lb ground beef, 85/25
1 jar salsa
1 packet Old El Paso Taco seasoning
1 jar salsa verde
1-2 bags high-quality tortilla chips
2 bags Colby jack, or other marbled cheese
Pickled jalapenos
1 can sliced black olives
1 jar green olives
1 bag of baby peppers
Sour cream
Limes
Tomatillo
Tapito Salsa Picante
Jalapeno Cholula
🔥How To Make The Magic
1️⃣ Brown the beef, bring the flavor
Crank a large pan to high heat 🔥 and brown that ground beef. Once it’s looking right, stir in ½ cup salsa + taco seasoning. Mix until it’s saucy, spicy, and ready to party.
2️⃣ Start the stack
Grab a rimmed baking sheet and lay down a base of tortilla chips 🧀 Add a sprinkle of cheese… then another layer of chips + a little taco beef. We layer with purpose here, fam.
3️⃣ Load it UP
Now we go wild 😏
Dollop refried beans, then hit it with black olives, green olives, pickled jalapeños, sliced baby peppers, and a generous snowfall of shredded cheese 🧀🔥
4️⃣ Bake to melty perfection
Slide it into a 450°F oven and bake until everything is melted, bubbly, and irresistible 🤤
5️⃣ Mix the dips
In a bowl, swipe sour cream along the back, then add tomatillo sauce, salsa verde, salsa picante, and a fresh squeeze of lime 🍋🟩 This is your cooling, zesty balance.
