So before the tacos even hit the plate, we’re setting the tone with something that gets the whole crew in a very good mood: Mexican Happy Juice 🍹

Bright, citrusy tequila, fresh orange and lime, a little spicy chili kick—fizzy, refreshing, and built for tacos, hoops, and going back for round two (or three… we’re not counting).

Cocktail:
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Juice of 1/2 Grapefruit
Juice of 1/2 Orange
2ish OZ of Tequila (of your choice)
Splash of Grapefruit Soda or Grapefruit Lacroix
Ice

Garnish:
Fruit of 1/2 Lemon
Fruit of 1/2 Lime
Fruit of 1/2 Grapefruit
Fruit of 1/2 Orange

Topper:
Drizzle of Mexican Chamoy
Sprinkle of Tajin

1️⃣ GRAB one orange + one lime + one lemon + one grapefruit and slice ‘em up—this is your bright, juicy base. 🍊🍋

2️⃣ RIM your glass with chili + salt (optional but highly encouraged… we like a little edge). 🌶️

3️⃣ SQUEEZE fresh citrus into the glass—don’t be shy, this drink lives on that zing.
