So we’re taking it back… but giving it a proper upgrade. Think crispy oven-baked beef tacos loaded with seasoned meat, melty cheese, golden shells, and finished with a silky avocado lime drizzle and that perfect citrus pop.

Elevated Classic Beef Tacos

What You’ll Need 🌶️

1lb 93% Lean Grass Fed Ground Beef
1.5 cup Colby Jack cheese
1 tbsp GRAZA olive oil
½ onion
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp celery salt
¼-½ tsp cayenne
¼ cup tomato paste
1 tsp cilantro stems
Corn or flour Tortillas

Avocado Lime Crema
One Avocado
¼ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp Cilantro
Pinch of salt

🔥How To Make The Magic

1️⃣ PREHEAT that oven to 400°F—get it nice and toasty for maximum crunch.

2️⃣ BROWN the ground beef with onion, seasonings, cilantro stems, and tomato paste until rich, juicy, and smelling like taco destiny. Set aside.

3️⃣ LINE a baking sheet with parchment + BRUSH tortillas on both sides with olive oil—this is how we get that golden taco shell glow-up.

4️⃣ LOAD seasoned beef onto half of each tortilla (use a slotted spoon… we want flavor, not sogginess).

5️⃣ TOP with grated cheese, FOLD ‘em over, then hit the tops with a little extra cheese because we don’t do “just enough” here.

6️⃣ BAKE for 15 minutes until crispy, golden, and bubbling like a queso dream.

7️⃣ BLEND avocado, sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, and salt until silky smooth—this crema is the finishing move.

8️⃣ SERVE with lime wedges, extra cilantro, and a generous drizzle of that avocado lime crema.
