INGREDIENTS
2 Haas avocados
2 TBLS finely diced red onion
½ half of a jalapeño finely diced, add more if you want more heat
1 TSP Kinder's Organic The Blend (Salt, Pepper and Garlic)
1 small handful of Cilantro
¼ TSP Red Chili Flakes
Juice of one lime
INSTRUCTIONS
CUT avocados in half, remove pit, and scoop into a medium sized bowl
DICE red onion & jalepeño and add to the bowl
CHOP cilantro and add to the bowl
ADD seasoning and chili flakes
JUICE the lime on top
MASH with a fork until chunky smooth.
